We typically approve 99% of all sole proprietor, corporation, LLC, partnerhsip & non-profit applicants. As long as you have no recent bankruptcies, forclosures, outstanding delinquencies or are not listed on a Terminated Merchant File (TMF) we can get you approved with our domestic bank.

If your account is declined due to any of the above items we have domestic & offshore banks that will take your account.

Each situation is evaluated on a case by case basis.

1.59% - A Qualified Transaction is the rate that card present merchants pay when the swipe a card at the time of the sale. This is your base rate.

0.90% - A Mid-Qualified Transaction is the rate you pay for cards that are not swiped. It is also the rate paid for rewards cards. Your Mid-Qualified rate equals your Qualified Rate (1.59% ) +your Mid-Qualified rate (0.90) = 2.49%

3.25% - This is the rate you should expect to pay when you don't enter the 3 digit security code found on the back of the card as well as the zip code associated with a card holders address. It is also the rate you should expect to pay for commercial & international cards.

2.89% - AMEX at their own discretion may opt to charge a flat monthly service fee instead of a percentage. American Express is its own independent entity and NoblePay has no control over their pricing structure.

The use of "rewards cards" can be as high as 40% of all transactions. Rewards cards are typically grouped into the Mid-Qualified tier as they cost more in interchange costs which is why the rates are higher than Qualified cards.

Mid-Qualifed transactions are for card not present sales.

Rewards cards are charged at the Qualified tier plus the Mid Qualified rate.  (For Example) If your Qualified rate is 1.59% and the Mid Qualified rate is 0.90 %, your effective rate would be 2.49 %. If you're not a card present merchant your starting rate would be at the Mid Qualified level. (For Example) 2.09% - this means your rewards card rate would also be 2.09%.

Card present merchants can ask for interchange plus pricing. This would bring your effective rewards card rate between 1.9% to 2.09%. Interchange plus pricing is a more complex pricing structure but may be more beneficial to the merchant processing larger volumes of rewards based cards. No - unlike most of our competitors we don't charge a monthly processing minimum.

Not at all - As long as you give us the courtesy of 30 days notice you'll never pay an early termination fee.

We require that you supply us with 30 days written notice.

All funds will be electronically deposited into your account and available within 48 business hours.

Square doesn't have a monthly fee but they're the most expensive if you're business is actually processing sales.

Square's business model is to make the service look attractive by having no monthly fee but then charge a hefty percentage on the sales being processed - 2.75%.

People love the concept of free and if they feel like they’re getting a great deal by not paying a monthly service charge they won’t realize how much more they’re paying should their business grow and actually do some volume.
For Square to make the most financial sense you should be doing less than $1000 per month in sales.

Their business model is to make the service look attractive by having no out of pocket expense which is very attractive to those just starting out and not doing any business yet.

Square charges a hefty percentage on the sales being processed - 2.75%.
Do the math, as your business grows the more expensive Square becomes - 2.75% of $1000 is $27.50

The best way to avoid charge back disputes is to get a signature at the time of the sale.

All smartphone & USB card reader systems will send your customer an email receipt upon authorization of the sale. However,  if you feel that you need to give your customer a paper receipt at the time of the sale you should purchase a manual imprinter which we sell for $35
